Diyaselis was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and received her B.S. in Physics at the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez. Currently she's a member of the [IceCube collaboration](https://icecube.wisc.edu/), with research interests in High Energy **Neutrino Physics** and **Beyond Standard Model** (BSM) studies.
