Graduate Student (G1)
Julia was born in Chicago, Illinois, and after a 15 year sojourn in the DC area, returned to obtain her bachelor's degree in physics from the University of Chicago. There, she worked on Fermilab's Short-Baseline Neutrino Program, in the SBND and MicroBooNE experiments. At Harvard, she continues to pursue her interest in experimental neutrino physics, exploring Transverse Kinematic Imbalance in MicroBooNE with the Guenette group. When not in the lab, Julia enjoys hiking and nerding out about early medieval history.
